Creating a children’s animated adventure is more than simply creating colorful characters and beautiful backgrounds. Every scene is carefully designed to make learning enjoyable, memorable, and meaningful for young children. In Scene 06 of the ABC Adventure Song, Marya and Viraksith continue their exciting alphabet journey with a playful new friend from the underwater world — the Fish.

F is for Fish

“F is for Fish, swim all day!” introduces children to the letter F through a simple, fun, and visually engaging moment. Instead of learning a letter only from a textbook, children can see the letter F connected with something familiar and exciting. The colorful fish, sparkling water, and playful movements help transform a simple alphabet lesson into a small animated adventure.

For KQ Kids Studio, we wanted this scene to feel bright, peaceful, and full of curiosity. Marya takes an active role in guiding Viraksith through the learning experience, while Viraksith reacts naturally to the colorful world around him. Their interaction is designed to represent the simple joy of learning together — one letter, one word, and one adventure at a time.

The visual development of the fish scene also gives us an opportunity to introduce children to an environment that feels different from the earlier scenes. Moving from land-based animals and objects into an underwater setting helps keep the ABC Adventure visually fresh and exciting. The fish becomes more than just a vocabulary example; it becomes part of the story and another memorable character in Marya and Viraksith’s journey.

Behind the scenes, creating Scene 06 involved thinking carefully about character positioning, facial expressions, animation movement, colors, lighting, camera composition, and educational clarity. Every element needs to work together so that children can immediately understand what the scene is teaching while still enjoying it as entertainment.

The letter F is an important milestone in the first part of the ABC Adventure Song. After learning A, B, C, D, and E, children now arrive at F with Marya and Viraksith — completing the first alphabet sequence of the adventure.

At KQ Kids Studio, our goal is simple: Learn • Sing • Play • Grow. Through Marya and Viraksith, we hope to create stories and songs that encourage children to learn with curiosity, imagination, movement, and happiness.

“F is for Fish!” is another small step in a much bigger adventure — and the ABC journey is only beginning. 🌈🐟🎵
